It’s important to know that all work is carried out to the standards set out by Government. All our work is overseen and signed off by Ben Cocker, BPCES’s owner and Director. Ben has been in the industry for over 10 years, working on both private and commercial installations.
Personal qualifications for Ben Cocker – Owner and Director of BPCES
- NVQ level 3 in Electrotechnical services – Electrical installation
- AM2 Certificate of Electrotechnical Occupational Competence
- 2391 Level 3 certificate in inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations
- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
- IPAF licence
- PASMA Trained
BPCES is an NiC EIC approved domestic installer
BPCES Limited has (NICEIC) accreditation and been accepted onto the below schemes;

- NICEIC domestic installer scheme
